Retrieve, receive and breakdown fresh department load. Cull, fill and rotate product. Clean cases and organize work/supply areas while breaking down load and filling product.

• Receive, retrieve and organize fresh department load; break down the load and put product in its proper location.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Cull dated items for deli, meat and seafood side case.
• Bakery morning cull and production list.
• Fill and rotate product as outlined in Fresh Stocking training guide; process merchandise properly, paying careful attention to rotation of products according to prescribed standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on the sales floor and in storage areas. Perform all assigned cleaning functions in accordance with company policy for fresh department case cleans.
• Fill supply area for fresh departments as necessary.
• Observe proper temperature control of all display cases, storage areas and product.
• Assist in training other associates and perform other functions as assigned.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must meet minimum age requirements.

• Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly, including overhead lifting, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally. Push/pull up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Frequent bending, kneeling and squatting.
• Frequent reaching, grasping and lifting individual stock items below waist level or above shoulder level.
• Stand or walk 100% of the time.
• Meet established volume/activity standards.
• Tolerate working in extreme hot/cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Be able to handle a variety of substances associated with cleaning materials, packaging materials, and food products.

Salary range is between $15.10 - $19.65 Hrly
