Juice Bar Attendant

General Summary

The Juice Bar Attendant is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that customers may have regarding food and merchandise sold in the club. The attendant will possess thorough knowledge of policies and procedures related to food preparation, cash register operations, and be capable of processing transactions quickly. They will also work diligently to keep the store clean, safe and accessible to the customers.

• Responsible for food preparation and stocking Juice Bar Grab N Go.
• Ensures self‑serve station is fully stocked (spoons, forks, knives, etc.).
• Maintains Juice Bar cleanliness and ensures cleanliness standards meet health and safety codes.
• Keeps merchandise clean, ready to display and oversees inventory to ensure items are stocked in the Gym Store.
• Responsible for hitting individual sales goals assigned by the Merchandise Supervisor.
• Greets and assists customers and advises on product utilization and care of merchandise.
• Provides advice to clients regarding products or services.
• Operates cash register, processes transactions quickly, adheres to meal and rest break periods, and clocks in and out for all shift times.
• Reports to the Operations Manager and interacts with all levels of management and staff.

• Adherence to meal and rest break periods; must clock in and out for all shift times.
• High school diploma (minimum).
• Retail experience a plus.
• Food Handlers card must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.
• Experience in food and beverage service required.
• Experience in a health club or hospitality industry preferred.

• Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20–30 lbs.
