PositionPurpose
Perform daily operations in the Davis Warehouse to include the Retail Customer Pick‑Up, receive and process inventory.
Shift AvailabilityMonday‑Sunday 8am–6pm
Responsibilities- Receive and process Retail Store merchandise.
- Receive merchandise from vendor or L.L.Bean trucks, checking the accompanying documents (invoices, P.O.#s, etc.).
- Generate file tags for each item received (2‑part tag).
- Tag item and stock merchandise in assigned pick location.
- File locator tag in tub file.
- Inventory the received merchandise, completing Key Rec. forms.
- Make tags – tag merchandise.
- Key merchandise into R/S inventory.
- Send merchandise to Retail Store.
- Process DSD product and pick and ship.
- Perform tub file audits.
- Rearrange stock area; construct shelving as needed.
- Know and follow all safety rules and procedures; report any unsafe acts or conditions to the proper person.
- Customer Service Retail Pick‑Up:
Receive call from RS salesclerk and check tub file for item availability; record customer’s name and pick merchandise; provide customer carry‑out and loading assistance; provide world‑class customer service. - Assume additional related responsibilities as requested.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays
