Flagship Retail Store Event Staff

Join L.L.Bean's flagship Freeport store as Event Staff and help deliver memorable, customer-focused retail experiences. In this role, you'll support in-store and outdoor-themed events, assist with setup and breakdown, manage customer flow, and provide warm, knowledgeable service that reflects our outdoor heritage. You'll engage guests with product information, activities, and demonstrations while ensuring a safe, organized environment. Collaborate with store teams to execute event plans, maintain visual and event displays, handle basic transactions or registrations, and embody our values of integrity, teamwork, and love of the outdoors every day.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and breakdown of in-store and outdoor-themed events
