Flagship Retail Store Event Staff

Join the L.L.Bean Flagship store team in Freeport, ME as Event Staff, creating memorable in-store and outdoor experiences for customers from around the world. You'll help set up, run, and break down events, clinics, and demonstrations that bring our outdoor heritage to life. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging guests, providing product and activity information, supporting crowd flow and safety, operating basic event equipment, and keeping spaces clean and organized.

You'll collaborate closely with retail and marketing teams while reflecting our values of customer focus, integrity, teamwork, and love of the outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of in-store and outdoor events at the Flagship store
• Set up, operate, and break down event spaces, displays, and basic equipment
• Greet and engage guests, providing information on products, events, and activities
• Assist with crowd flow, line management, and basic safety awareness during events
• Maintain clean, organized event and retail areas before, during, and after events
• Collaborate with store, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Support product demos, clinics, and outdoor-themed activities
• Handle simple transactions or event registrations as needed
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with store leadership
