As a General Merchandise Expert, responsibilities include creating a welcoming guest experience, assisting guests, restocking shelves, organizing backrooms, and supporting daily operations such as price changes, inventory accuracy, and merchandising setup.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
