Target offers seasonal roles in specialty sales, service and engagement, and general merchandise and food sales. These roles provide knowledge of guest service, retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily workloads to support business priorities.

We are looking for individuals who are excited to work in a fun and energetic environment, provide excellent guest service, and are passionate about stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You should have a welcoming and helpful attitude, learn and adapt to current technology needs, work both independently and with a team, resolve guest questions quickly, and pay attention to detail.

Basics we expect include accurately handling cash register operations, climbing up and down ladders, scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds, and maintaining a flexible work schedule and regular attendance.
