Premiere Building Products is a growing building materials supplier serving contractors and wholesalers with high-quality exterior building products across the New England region. Our high-quality building materials include interior and exterior doors, windows, siding, stone & roofing. With a strong focus on relationships and service, the company equips its customers to succeed on every project.

What You'll Do as an Outside Sales Representative
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, identifying needs, resolving pain points, and offering solutions to the projects they are building.
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and lumberyards through regular customer and job site visits.
  • Grow the territory by developing new customer relationships through a mix of established accounts, warm leads, and targeted cold outreach.
  • Stay actively engaged with customers with consistent follow-up via phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
  • Develop strong product knowledge through ongoing training and vendor partnerships, and confidently explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Provide product training to customers and represent the company at vendor training sessions, plant tours, and trade shows.
  • Track customer activity, follow-ups, and sales progress in Hub Spot CRM and work closely with the Premiere team to support shared sales goals.
  • Travel regularly within the territory for customer and jobsite visits, with occasional overnight travel for vendor training or events.

  • Experienced: Understanding of the construction industry is required; construction sales experience is preferred. Construction project managers, foremen, or skilled contractors willing to learn sales through on-the-job training are encouraged to apply.
  • Team Player: Ready to jump in wherever needed to support the team and serve the customer—whether that's selling, problem-solving, or lending a hand when things get busy.
  • Goal-driven: Structures daily activity to meet sales targets, uses time efficiently, arrives on time or early, and follows through on commitments.

  • Clear Communicator: Communicates honestly and accurately, documents work carefully, and enters orders and customer information correctly.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Hub Spot CRM, Microsoft products, and basic sales technology
