We are looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to build territory from scratch. This is a hunter-led field sales role. You will create new opportunities, grow accounts from zero, and deepen relationships with existing customers across the Maine market. You will partner closely with operations to deliver a seamless client experience from first contact through project completion.

What You’ll Do- Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accounts
- Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
- Organize and attend industry events and trade shows, converting activity into revenue
