This is a full-time on-site position based in our Belgrade, Maine location.

• Collaborates with sales team to support customer needs and generate accurate quotes
• Learns and utilizes millwork quoting software to prepare detailed and timely estimates
• Assists customers by providing product information, pricing, and creative solutions
• Maintains organized and accurate documentation for quotes, orders, and customer interactions
• Contributes to department efficiency by supporting workflow improvements and ensuring quoting accuracy

• Effective team player who collaborates well with others
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
• Willing to learn new software and expand millwork product knowledge
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to offer creative solutions
• Comfortable working independently while supporting sales efforts and customer needs
• Ability to handle a fast‑paced work environment

• Previous building materials, millwork, or construction industry experience is preferred, but not required.
• We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and the right attitude.
