• Assist customers with opening new accounts, solving problems, and maintaining accounts.
• Work to exceed retail banking center goals.
• Deepen relationships with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital channels.
• Provide friendly customer service, demonstrate knowledge of bank products, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Connect customers to other business lines and partners within the bank.
