We are seeking an Account Executive to sell and service Verizon Wireless products and services at our retail location. You will use your customer service skills and product knowledge while applying proven sales methods to prospect, qualify, and close customer transactions.

As an Account Executive you must be self‑motivated, aggressive, and positive. You should have a willingness to learn about new technology and possess excellent communication skills.

• Consult with customers to determine their wireless needs
• Stay up to date on the latest technology
• Understand customer needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Use competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Network and follow all leads and referrals
• Make follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and offer additional products and services
• Work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• 1‑3 years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology (preferred)
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude
• High energy level and self‑motivated
• Eagerness to learn new devices and technology
