Job SummaryResponsible for generating quotes, entering orders, and managing the shipment and delivery of products. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities- Builds strong customer relationships through outreach and follow up, applies product knowledge to support needs, and delivers exceptional service using the company's billing system
- Collaborates with the Account Manager to enter orders, create quotes as needed, and identify cross‑sell opportunities while supporting project service, resolving issues, and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifies leads, identifies opportunities and tracks progress using the CRM system with urgency and discipline.
- Maintains strong work relationships with vendors.
- Independently processes orders and billing from project start to close with accuracy and transparency.
- Occasionally visits job sites to review customer orders, assess their needs, and ensure they have all necessary materials and support.
- Supports special projects and team initiatives as assigned, demonstrating teamwork and excellence.
- Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
- Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well‑defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient with Microsoft product suite including Word and Excel.
- Ability to estimate, price, and prepare scope proposals.
