About the Role

We are seeking confident, driven, experienced outside sales representatives based in agricultural areas nationwide to sell STOP‑FYRE® directly to farmers farm‑to‑farm.

Responsibilities
  • Sell STOP‑FYRE® directly to farmers within your assigned protected territory.
  • Travel farm‑to‑farm to maintain relationships and close sales.
  • Operate as a road warrior, building and maintaining a high‑volume sales pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Many years of sales experience and proven ability to close deals.
  • Highly competitive, always aiming to win.
  • Strong connection to the agricultural community (grown up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly does business with farmers).
  • Background in construction and/or excavation (worked in construction, sold to the construction industry, owned a construction business).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – independent, self‑driven, and business‑oriented.
  • Commitment to helping others – experience as a firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT is a plus.
  • Performers who can prove past hunting sales success.
  • Willing to be trainable and embrace new ideas.
  • Ambitious, no‑excuse mentality with a burning desire to succeed.
  • Independent and self‑motivated.
  • Passionate about the customer, product, and team.
  • Trustworthy and aligned with core company values.
Compensation & Benefits
  • 100% straight commission structure; average earnings $90,816 per year with top performers earning over $200,000 annually.
