Inside Sales Rep

As an Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, your responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction
• Making outside calls to generate leads and follow up on lead inquiries
• Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
• Performing administrative duties such as scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, and communicating with insurance companies

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws
• High school diploma or GED
• Physical requirement: able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
