What You ll DoAs a Wireless Sales Assistant, you re the backbone of the in-store experience. You ll work alongside our experienced Sales Representatives to make sure every customer feels welcomed, helped, and taken care of. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Answering inbound calls and directing customers to the right solutions
- Walking customers through device demos and product walkthroughs
- Installing accessories and helping customers get set up
- Troubleshooting basic device and service issues
- Handling customer service needs with patience and professionalism
- Keeping the store organized, clean, and visually sharp
- Supporting the team with basic CRM data entry and record-keeping
- Hourly base pay + performance incentives (your effort shows up in your paycheck)

- 18 or older
- A genuine love for technology and helping people

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but the right attitude can outweigh a résumé
