Day Time – Wed 05:30 PM – 12:30 AM Fri 03:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, staff, and contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, galleries, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with entry procedures, visitor direction, and report suspicious or unusual conditions per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving mindset, notifying appropriate contacts and documenting actions taken.
• Complete security‑related reports and daily activity logs, communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support a professional presence across the location.

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
