Security Coordinator

SRS Group is a Swedish security company that provides consulting and operational security services for companies, authorities, and private individuals both nationally and internationally. SRS is authorized by the County Administrative Board to conduct and train in personal protection. Our services also include analysis, investigations, and risk and crisis management.

We are looking for a security coordinator with experience in security work in international complex environments. The role is suitable for you if you have good strategic ability, a strong security mindset, and the capacity to drive and coordinate security efforts in close dialogue with the customer. You should be able to operate in an international environment where collaboration, integrity, and flexibility are crucial.

As a security coordinator, you will be embedded in the customer's organization and work closely with their staff in daily security operations. You will have a coordinating role with responsibility for planning, following up, and developing security routines and processes.

In the role, you will ensure a high level of security awareness and contribute to protecting both information, personnel, and physical assets. It may also include supporting and contributing to training efforts for the customer's staff in the security area.

The job is both operational and strategic, where you are expected to have a holistic perspective on security work while being actively involved in daily operations. An important part is also to build and maintain networks with other security actors to promote information exchange and coordination.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate security work in close collaboration with the customer's organization
• Identify risks and propose improvement measures
• Ensure that security routines and awareness are maintained at a high level
• Collaborate with internal and external actors
• Build and maintain networks with other security actors for effective collaboration and information sharing
• Contribute to the development of security routines, documentation, and processes
• Participate in security analyses and incident management
• If necessary, participate in field-based elements with operational components

Qualifications and characteristics:

• Swedish citizenship
• Experience in security work and coordination in complex international environments
• Strong ability to collaborate with both Swedish and international actors
• High personal integrity, stability, and good judgment
• Good communicative ability, both verbally and in writing
• Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to identify and drive improvements
• Good understanding of cultural and political conditions in the current operational area
• Resilient
