Job Title

Die Geiger Edelmetalle AG is one of the leading precious metals trading houses in Germany. Our core activities include the production and distribution of individual coins, bars, and medals, as well as trading in all common investment products made from precious metals.

We are looking for dedicated and assertive personalities to join our in-house emergency and service control center (NSL) as part of our security team, starting immediately.

Our NSL is the heart of our 24/7 security operation and takes on the central coordination of all alarm and emergency calls.

• Receiving and processing alarm messages.
• Quick and precise assessment of emergency situations.
• Coordination of emergency services and other relief organizations.
• Documentation of incoming alarm messages, emergency calls, and operations.
• Monitoring of reporting systems in the facility / video surveillance of various facilities.

• Experience in the field / NSL specialist / or security service desirable.
• Willingness to work shifts (day/night), also on weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility for shift work.
• Good PC skills and experience in operating alarm systems.
• Reliability, team spirit, and willingness to help.
• Credit report.
• Valid police clearance certificate (not older than 6 months).
