What We're Looking For

• 1099 Subcontractors only (must be licensed, insured, and equipped)
• Experience installing standing seam metal roofing systems
• Ability to fabricate and fit metal components on site
• Solid knowledge of construction techniques, roof decks, underlayment, and flashing
• Skilled in tools such as cordless drills, tape measures, safety harnesses, and nail guns
• Familiarity with sealants, butyl tape, and waterproofing techniques
• Proven track record of jobsite safety and efficiency
• Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and ensure proper panel fitting and alignment
• Strong problem-solving skills and pride in a job well done

Bonus Expertise (Preferred but Not Required)

• Cedar roofing systems
• Asphalt shingle installations
• Membrane roofing systems
