This is a "working foreman" position, meaning you are expected to perform physical labor alongside your team while managing project logistics and safety.

• Crew Management
  :
  Schedule, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of pipe layers, laborers, and equipment operators.
• Technical Installation
  :
  Lay, join, and align pipe sections for storm sewers, sanitation lines, and water mains.
• Plan Interpretation
  :
  Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to configure accurate pipe routes.
• Precision Alignment
  :
  Use pipe lasers
  , transit levels, and grade rods to ensure proper elevation and slope.
• Site Safety
  :
  Conduct daily safety meetings, identify potential hazards, and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
• Equipment Operation

  Operate heavy machinery like excavators, backhoes, and front-end loaders to dig and backfill trenches.
• Reporting

  Maintain accurate daily logs, process employee timesheets, and track material usage and production costs.

• Experience
  :
  Typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience in underground utility construction, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Physical Stamina

  Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials, often up to 75–100 lbs
