• Provide comprehensive plumbing inspections and offer upgrade options based on findings.
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, including leaks.
• Read blueprints and drawings to plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes, considering existing infrastructure such as electrical wiring.
• Install and maintain water supply systems.
• Repair domestic appliances (e.g., washing machines) and fixtures (e.g., sinks).
• Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well‑functioning DWV systems.

• Residential service plumbing and drain cleaning experience required.
• MA plumber license and EPA 608 certification.
• Propane equipment service and installation experience.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential settings.
• Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems and appliances.
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, snakes, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly with a great deal of patience.
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.

$30–$40 an hour
