Hiring Commercial Kitchen Technicians

Ready to put your skills to work? We are looking for experienced technicians who can tackle ice machines, walk‑in coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, griddles, and HVAC units.

• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
• Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Deliver outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff
• Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts
• Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders
• Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
• Work independently and as part of a team

• EPA Certification (cold side)
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets safety standards
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Flexibility for on‑call shifts and overtime when necessary
• Excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
• At least 18 years of age
