Fabian Oil is expanding and seeks dedicated HVAC Service Technicians to join our dynamic team.

Earn between $24 to $36 per hour based on experience.

• Diagnostic Expertise
  :
  Diagnose and identify HVAC system issues, troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, propose effective solutions.
• Maintenance and Repairs
  :
  Perform routine maintenance and repairs on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps to ensure efficient operation.
• Installation and Upgrades
  :
  Collaborate with the installation team to set up new HVAC systems and components.
• Customer Communication
  :
  Interact professionally with customers, explain technical information, and provide recommendations.
• Documentation and Reporting
  :
  Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, maintenance schedules, and recommendations.

• Journeyman or Master Technician License.
• At least 1 year of relevant HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Appliance Connection and Service Endorsement.

• Valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record.
• Willingness to work after hours and occasional weekends as needed.
• Ability to sit, stand, and work for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds independently.
• Able to operate basic hand and power tools.
