This is a great temp to hire opportunity for dependable individuals who like working with their hands, learning specialized equipment, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

• Inspect tires and grade tire casings for retread eligibility
• Buff and prepare tires for the retreading process
• Operate specialized equipment to retread new and used tires
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist with additional shop and general labor duties as needed

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical work including bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing throughout the shift
• Ability to work in warm environments while tires are in the retread chambers
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
