Maine Outdoor Spaces builds high‑end hardscape and outdoor living spaces across southern Maine — patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire features, and full outdoor environments. We hold a high standard on every project, and the crew that builds them needs to match it.

We're hiring a General Laborer to join our Install Crew. You'll work directly under the Install Crew Leader and Installer, keeping the jobsite moving by handling the hands‑on support work that makes production possible.

$22.00 – $25.00/hr based on experience. Overtime available.

• Assist the install crew, move materials, and keep supplies flowing to the crew throughout the day
• Use hand tools to grade and level materials as directed
• Operate basic power tools safely under supervision
• Support each phase of the project — you’ll learn how jobs are structured and what comes next
• Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the day and at closeout
• Take direction from the Crew Leader and Installer and execute it well

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn — this is the non‑negotiable
• Physically capable of sustained outdoor manual labor in all weather conditions
• Reliable — consistent attendance and punctuality, every day
• Able to take and follow direction without hesitation
• Valid driver's license

• Prior construction, landscaping, or hardscape experience
• Familiarity with hand tools or basic power tools

• $22.00 – $25.00/hr to start, based on experience
• Overtime eligible — strong weekly hours available
• Quarterly performance reviews with a defined raise and advancement path
• Clear career ladder:
  Laborer → Senior Laborer → Installer → Crew Lead
