Our trusted customer is seeking Skilled Frame-to-Finish Carpenters for an active project in Damariscotta, ME.
Job Duties- Perform commercial framing and finish carpentry work
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other finish components
- Build and assemble wood and metal framing systems
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
- Work independently and as part of a construction team
- 2+ years of carpentry experience
- Experience with both rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong measuring and layout skills
- OSHA 10 Certification (required)
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
- Basic hand tools and PPE
