Field Service Technician – Culligan of Yarmouth, ME

• Diagnose and analyze customer water problems and repair equipment efficiently.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain water softener systems, drinking water systems, UV light systems, filters, and related equipment.
• Educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Build long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure positive customer experience.
• Maintain product inventory; maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Assist other departments with delivery and installation of products.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Communicate positively with customers and maintain public relations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of related technical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills; responsible for completing paperwork at customer site.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task and troubleshoot.
• Must wear safety equipment as required; tasks may involve physical exertion up to lifting 150 lbs.
