$34.10 – $44.35 per hour depending on experience – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus. 4‑Day Work Week! (Thursday – Saturday 5:30 pm – 5:30 am and Wednesday 11:30 pm – 5:30 am). Tool Allowance, Quarterly Safety Incentive, Free Uniforms and Boot Allowance, Benefits Day 1 of Employment.

Responsible for diagnosing and repairing medium to heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, converter dolly, and maintenance vehicles under minimal supervision. Ensure compliance with all State and Federal trucking regulations. Communicates and interacts with co‑workers. Technicians document, complete, and keep work orders for all repairs and parts used daily. The position will be required to perform road‑call services as needed.

• Diagnose and repair medium to heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, converter dolly, and maintenance vehicles under minimal supervision.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on fleet diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units) and identify root causes of failures to perform necessary repairs.
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other critical components to ensure proper operating condition; replace parts as needed.
• Ensure equipment has required licensing and registration before being deemed road‑worthy.
• Document all repairs and preventative maintenance in the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Install, replace, or repair onboard computers.
• Use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, precision instruments) and power tools (pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, jacks, hoists) to perform maintenance tasks.
• Change oil, check batteries, lubricate equipment, and complete routine maintenance as required.
• Train other employees.
• Perform road‑call services as needed.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in medium to heavy‑duty vehicle repair, including PM’s, tire & wheel, air & air‑disc brakes, diagnostics, computerized diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, electronic component repair.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in A/C refrigeration.
