Roofer Needed – Temporary Project
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Roofer for a short-term roofing project in Vassalboro, ME. This position is expected to last 1– 2 weeks and offers a competitive wage of $28.27 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have roofing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely didates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities- Remove and replace roofing materials
- Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, and related components
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete the project on schedule
- Previous roofing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
