Job Overview
The successful candidate will work on Buildings and Grounds for the RSU 74 school district.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Have a high school diploma/equivalent or greater, and training/work experience in plumbing, heating systems, electrical, or carpentry.
- Compensation depends on certifications held.
- Work independently on various projects and repairs on facilities as needed.
- Have good communication skills and proficiency with computers.
- Possess a valid Maine Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and climb ladders.
- Ability to operate tractors and light equipment for ground maintenance.
