Location: Hollis Center
Primo Brands seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to support our Beverage & Food Operations within the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing, packaging, and facility equipment to maximize uptime, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues; executing PM schedules; documenting work in a CMMS; and supporting line changeovers. You'll collaborate with production and engineering in a fast-paced, creative, people-first culture focused on continuous improvement and reliable operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Execute and document preventive maintenance tasks in the CMMSSupport production line changeovers, setups, and adjustments
- Inspect equipment for wear, safety, and reliability; recommend improvements
- Coordinate with production and engineering to prioritize maintenance work
- Follow all safety, food safety, and LOTO procedures and guidelines
- Maintain spare parts, tools, and work areas in an organized manner
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
