Crew Lead – Maine Outdoor Spaces
Standish, ME | Full-Time
$35–45/hr, based on experience and capabilities
Maine Outdoor Spaces builds custom patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and landscapes across the Lakes and Coastal Regions of Maine. We're looking for a Crew Lead to run day-to-day operations on hardscape and landscape installs.
What you'll do:- Lead a crew on-site, keep jobs on schedule and on spec
- Read and execute project plans/designs
- Train and mentor crew members
- Manage materials, equipment, and site safety
- Communicate progress with project managers and clients
- 5+ years of hardscape installation experience, including 3+ years as a crew lead
- Working knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, stonework, and grading
- Valid driver's license; ability to operate/tow equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in all seasons
- 4-day work week (base schedule)
