Student Population: Pre-K through 8th Grade

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support students in a school setting in Fryeburg, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This full‑time, school‑based position serves students from Pre‑K through 8th grade, providing social‑emotional support, behavioral interventions, counseling services, and collaboration with families and educational teams to help students thrive academically and personally.

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of student support plans and IEP goals
• Support students experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, families, and community providers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal requirements
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary
• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school personnel
