About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer, you will become a central part of our tech team, focusing on developing, improving, and future-proofing our digital platforms and systems. The role involves both new development and further development, with a particular focus on system design, architecture, and integrations.

You will work closely with both developers, product, and operations, and are expected to take a greater technical responsibility and contribute with structure, communication, and direction in projects.

In practice, this means that you will build new platforms and services from scratch, design and implement scalable system architectures, create integrations between internal systems and external services, and develop solutions for data management and analysis. You will also work on improving the performance and stability of existing systems.

We believe that developers should be allowed to develop, which is why we keep the work structure effective so that you can focus on building really good technology!

More specifically, this means that you will:

• Develop and further develop our systems and applications
• Work with modern web technologies and Type Script throughout the stack
• Participate in the entire development cycle - from idea and design to implementation and operation
• Work on several projects in parallel and contribute to the team's progress

Work with system design and architecture

• Design scalable, modular, and robust systems
• Structure solutions for high reliability, performance, and long-term management
• Work on service decomposition, APIs, and data flows between systems
• Be a technical go-to person in architecture questions

Manage data, integrations, and identity

• Work with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Model data and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems
• Work on authentication and authorization (OIDC/OAuth2, multi-tenant solutions)

Work with infrastructure, operations, and delivery

• Work in cloud environments (Azure)
• Build and improve CI/CD flows (Git Hub Actions)
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems in operation (e.g., Grafana)

Ensure quality and stability

• Work with testing (unit tests and integration tests)
• Ensure robustness and stability in the production environment
• Apply secure development principles
• Contribute to technical guidelines and best practices in the team

About You

We are looking for someone who is technically confident, solution-oriented, and likes to take responsibility. You are used to working in teams but can also drive work independently. You have a structured working style and thrive in a role where communication and collaboration are as important as code.

We believe that you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in software development
• Strong skills in Type Script and modern web technologies
• Experience with full-stack development (e.g., Next.js, NestJS, or similar)
• Experience with system design and architecture
• Good experience working with databases and APIs
• Experience with Git and modern development flows
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or similar)
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC
• Experience with authentication/identity (OAuth2, OIDC)
• Experience with monitoring and operations (Grafana or similar)
• Background as a consultant or experience working in multiple projects at the same time
• Interest in technology quality, architecture, and long-term system design
