Tech Lead in Mobile Solutions

As a Tech Lead in mobile solutions, you have an overarching technical responsibility for the design, development, and management of mobile applications for iOS and Android. You lead the technical work in the team and ensure that architecture, code quality, and delivery maintain the highest level. You work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, architects, and product owners and are a key person in translating business needs into sustainable, scalable, and secure mobile solutions, often in projects that affect large parts of our customers' operations.
We believe that you have at least 6–8 years of experience in mobile development and several years of experience in technical leadership or a leading developer role. You are used to taking overall responsibility and thrive in a role where you combine technology, leadership, and business understanding. You also have:
- In-depth experience with at least one mobile platform (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
- Strong skills in mobile architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular architecture).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL, No
SQL), and cloud platforms such as Azure. - Good understanding of security in mobile apps (OAuth, JWT, handling of user data).
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Dev Ops principles.
- Experience with agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
Meritorious are experience in solution architecture and technical roadmap planning. Performance optimization and accessibility adaptation of mobile apps. Work in complex enterprise environments.

- Lead and coach development teams in mobile development.
- Set technical direction and be responsible for architecture and technical choices.
- Work with both native (Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin/Java) and cross-platform solutions (.NET MAUI, hybrid apps).
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
- Drive Dev Ops work and further develop CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Be responsible for publishing processes to the App Store and Google Play.
- Be a technical advisor in dialogue with the customer and contribute to presale and solution design.
