As a Frontend / Fullstack Engineer in the Lyten BESS team, you will design and build modern web applications that interact with IoT devices, telemetry data, and cloud-based systems. You will play a key role in developing intuitive user interfaces that allow operators to monitor, analyze, and manage energy storage systems in real time. Working closely with Cloud and Backend Engineers, you will ensure seamless integration between frontend applications and AWS-based infrastructure, contributing to scalable and reliable digital platforms that support next-generation energy solutions.

• Design and implement modern, scalable web applications using React and Type Script
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces for monitoring IoT devices and telemetry data
• Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, including writing queries, handling pagination, caching, and error management
• Collaborate with backend and cloud teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration
• Develop server-side utilities and services using Node.js, Go, or Python

  SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB) to support dashboards and reporting tools
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, and best practices
• Maintain and improve component libraries, API documentation, and development guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development using JavaScript / Type Script
• Strong experience with React and modern web development frameworks
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Go, or Python
• Knowledge of SQL or No

• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Experience working with IoT systems, telemetry, or real-time data is a plus
• Experience in a start-up or scaling environment is an advantage

• Strong proficiency in React and Type Script for building modern web applications
• Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of web architecture and performance optimization
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based environments
• Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
