As a crucial part of the food supply chain, our delivery drivers ensure that our customers receive their products on time and in great condition. You will be the face of our company, building lasting relationships with our customers!

The CDL-A Driver is responsible for operating a tractor trailer or straight truck for local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes, delivering food and related products safely and in compliance with Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Responsibilities:

• Professionally communicate and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers, ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate as a team member within the department and organization, performing duties necessary to best serve the company.
• Complete required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) and inspections of the tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations, addressing any safety issues immediately.
• Report safety hazards and perform inspections to ensure proper loading and securement of freight.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork related to freight, including verifying delivery with customers.
• Safely deliver customer orders via predetermined routes and handle items with care to avoid damage.
• Collect payments where required and ensure all equipment is properly secured post-delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tractor and loading dock areas.
• Complete all necessary paperwork before the end of each shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 12+ months of commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL-A License
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Meet all state licensing and certification requirements
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years
• Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check
• Successfully complete a road test
• Hold a valid current DOT Health Card or be able to secure one
• Able to lift and utilize equipment to move and stack product cases of varying size and weight throughout the shift, typically ranging from 10 to 35 pounds, with occasional items up to 90 pounds.
