Primo Water - - Responsibilities:
Docking support for all accounts managed, including manually docking pickups in TMS;
After hours dispatch support for dispatch, customer service, and OS&D, including load coverage as needed;
Coordinate and manage daily freight movements, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods across multiple modes (truckload, LTL, intermodal);
Monitor and optimize load planning and routing using transportation management systems (TMS);
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve delays, disruptions, or exceptions in real-time
