Do you want to work in an international environment where you become an important part of the supply chain? We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented employee for our customer's procurement department in Arlandastad.

As an employee in the procurement department, you will be responsible for receiving and handling deliveries as well as ensuring that goods are registered, checked, and distributed in an effective manner. The role combines administrative tasks with practical warehouse work and requires both good computer skills and a structured approach.

The job also involves handling goods in a freezer environment and receiving larger deliveries, which requires good physical ability.

• Receive and check incoming deliveries
• Register and manage goods in business and warehouse systems
• Ensure that procurement and warehouse processes are followed
• Manage and organize goods in the warehouse
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective material supply
• Work partially in a cold and freezer environment

• Full-time
• Daytime working hours
• Work shifts until 5 PM

• Good computer skills and experience working in digital systems
• Fluent Swedish and English spoken and written
• Good physical ability as the job involves handling larger deliveries
• Structured, meticulous, and responsible
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Experience from procurement, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience with warehouse or business systems
• Experience from work within food or catering operations
