Warehouse Assistant

Heritage Pools LLC is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to help manage inventory flow, maintain organization, and support company operations.

As Charleston’s leading pool builder, we rely on a well‑managed warehouse to keep our construction, maintenance, and service teams operating efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring materials are available, properly stored, and accurately tracked.

• Inventory Management & Organization
  • Receive, inspect, and put away deliveries.
  • Allocate, stage, and ship materials for new construction, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization.
  • Process returns and restock PVC fittings and other materials.
• Warehouse & Facility Upkeep
  • Perform weekly facility inspections and maintain cleanliness.
  • Organize hardscape materials and tiles.
  • Assist with grounds maintenance, including trash pickup and back‑lot inspections.
  • Ensure warehouse security by locking gates and buildings at the end of the day.
• Logistics & Support
  • Pull and prepare parts and supplies for subcontractors and employees.
  • Assist with fleet management and vehicle repairs.
  • Support purchase order processing and vendor coordination.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits and reporting.

• Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Skills & Physical Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Additional Requirements
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
