Warehouse Order Selector

Performance Food Group is hiring Warehouse Order Selectors to support high-volume food service distribution. In this fast-paced, safety-focused role, you will accurately pick, stack, and palletize customer orders using electric pallet jacks and RF scanners, working in dry, refrigerated, and frozen areas. You'll load trailers, verify product and quantities, and follow all safety and food-handling standards. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using pick sheets and RF scanners
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for loading according to delivery routes
• Work in dry, refrigerated, and frozen environments following temperature and food safety standards
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining product integrity and accuracy
• Verify product, quantities, and codes to minimize errors and shortages
• Follow all OSHA, company, and food-handling safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and performance goals
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to support smooth warehouse operations
