Night Shipping Warehouse Supervisor

Performance Food Group is seeking a Night Shipping Warehouse Supervisor to lead night shift operations in our high-volume food service distribution center. In this role, you will oversee picking, staging, and loading of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy, on-time departures, and adherence to food safety and OSHA standards. You will schedule and direct a team of warehouse associates, monitor productivity and KPIs, coordinate with transportation and customer service, and drive a safety-first, continuous-improvement culture that supports our diverse restaurant, healthcare, and retail customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift warehouse staff responsible for picking, staging, and loading outbound orders
• Ensure shipping accuracy, on-time truck departures, and compliance with customer requirements
• Enforce safety, food safety, and OSHA standards across all warehouse activities
• Monitor productivity and KPI performance, identifying and implementing process improvements
• Coordinate with transportation, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Train, coach, and evaluate associates, supporting development and recognition
• Manage labor planning, shift assignments, and workflow to meet volume demands
• Oversee proper use of material handling equipment and ensure equipment checks are completed
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse areas
• Support company culture focused on teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement
