Warehouse Worker

Performance Food Group is seeking Warehouse Workers to support our fast-paced wholesale food distribution operation. In this on-site role, you will accurately pick, stage, and load customer orders, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and help maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas. You'll follow established safety and food-handling standards while meeting productivity goals. This position involves frequent lifting, standing, and working in various temperature zones.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stage, and load customer orders according to pick tickets and delivery schedules
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Verify product quantities, codes, and quality while following food safety standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse aisles, docks, and storage areas
• Work in various temperature zones, including dry, refrigerated, and frozen environments
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and company policies to prevent accidents and product damage
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment as needed
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced setting
• Collaborate with drivers, supervisors, and team members to ensure on-time deliveries
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and product discrepancies promptly to leadership
