Warehouse Call Coordinator

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Will Call Coordinator to manage customer pickup orders in our fast-paced wholesale distribution environment. This role coordinates will call orders from receipt through pickup, verifying accuracy, staging products, and maintaining clear communication with customers, drivers, and warehouse teams. The coordinator uses warehouse systems and RF scanners, supports inventory control, and upholds strict safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse will call orders from receipt through pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to schedule and confirm will call pickups
• Pull, stage, and verify orders against invoices and packing lists, resolving discrepancies promptly
• Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory and order status
• Maintain organized, safe, and clearly labeled will call staging areas in compliance with company safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and basic data entry related to will call orders
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at the will call counter, handling questions and issues
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to prioritize urgent orders and support route and dock operations
