Warehouse Call Coordinator

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Will Call Coordinator to manage customer and driver pickups in our fast-paced wholesale food distribution center. In this role, you'll process will call orders, pull and stage products, verify accuracy, and maintain a safe, organized pickup area. You'll work closely with warehouse, sales, and transportation teams, using warehouse systems to track orders and inventory.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, comfortable with physical work, and committed to excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process will call orders for local customers and drivers
• Pull, stage, and verify products against order documentation
• Ensure accurate inventory handling, labeling, and paperwork completion
• Communicate order status and resolve issues with sales, warehouse, and customers
• Maintain organized, safe will call area and follow all safety procedures
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts as authorized and perform basic equipment checks
• Use warehouse/WMS systems to update orders, print labels, and track inventory
• Assist with cycle counts, discrepancies, and returns processing
