Warehouse Call Coordinator

The coordinator uses warehouse systems to track inventory, resolves order issues, and assists customers at the will call counter while upholding safety, food handling, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process will call warehouse orders accurately and on time
• Verify product, quantities, and documentation for customer pickups
• Communicate with drivers, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve order issues
• Use WMS or inventory systems to track orders and stock levels
• Stage, label, and organize will call orders for efficient retrieval
• Assist customers and drivers at the will call counter with a professional attitude
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and report shortages or damages
• Follow safety, food handling, and company compliance procedures
• Support general warehouse tasks such as scanning, tagging, and light material handling
