L.L.Bean is hiring Temporary Warehouse Associates to support peak retail seasons in our distribution centers. In this fast-paced role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship outdoor apparel, footwear, and gear accurately and safely. Use scanners and warehouse systems to process orders, replenish stock, and stage outbound shipments. You'll move product using carts and pallet jacks, follow safety and quality standards, and help keep work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
• Operate handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Replenish inventory and stage outbound shipments
• Move product using carts and pallet jacks
• Follow all safety, quality, and accuracy standards
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse work areas
• Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory tasks
• Work flexible, seasonal schedules to meet demand
