Temporary Warehouse Positions

L.L.Bean is hiring Temporary Warehouse Associates to support our busy retail season. In this fast-paced role, you'll receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise with accuracy and care to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, organizing inventory, operating basic warehouse equipment, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Unload delivery trucks and stage merchandise in designated warehouse areas
• Organize, label, and replenish inventory to support retail and e-commerce demand
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts safely
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and quality before shipment
• Use handheld scanners or basic warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
• Support seasonal warehouse projects and peak-volume initiatives
