Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.
• Process, receive, organize, and deliver daily reservations, freight, and dock cargo using SAP.
• Receive inbound freight and ensure materials are placed in the appropriate storage or delivery areas.
• Process returned items and materials through SAP and return them to the appropriate stores.
• Sign for and process inbound freight and deliveries received at the dock.
• Maintain assigned work areas through routine daily cleaning and organization.
• Assist with dock deliveries, reservations, and freight processing as workload permits.
• Support the Stores team with cycle counts as assigned by Stores Inventory Specialists.
• Complete required quarterly computer-based training (CBTs).
• Perform periodic cleaning and organization of outlying storage areas.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment throughout assigned areas.
• Provide support to other Stores functions as operational needs arise.

Required Experience:

• Experience receiving, processing, organizing, and delivering materials, freight, or inventory.
• Experience using an inventory, warehouse, or enterprise management system such as SAP to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Experience handling inbound deliveries and placing materials in designated storage areas.
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized inventory and storage areas.
• Ability to safely and efficiently handle materials and freight in a warehouse, dock, or stores environment.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting other team members and departmental needs.
• Ability to follow established procedures, complete required training, and perform assigned tasks accurately.
• Ability to assist with multiple Stores functions, including reservations, freight, deliveries, inventory counts, and general area upkeep.
